Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide.
All shipping costs are exclusive of VAT.
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 6.90 per order, unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
From an order value of 1.000,00 € we deliver free of charge.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of € 15.00 will be charged on the shipping costs.
Shipments of bulky goods (forwarding shipping) will be charged at the current daily price.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries abroad:
From an order value of 1.000,00 € we deliver abroad free of charge.

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of € 15.00 will be charged on the shipping costs.
Delivery periods
In the case of goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 3-5 days after conclusion of the contract, the design work is carried out and the goods are delivered within 7 days after approval of the correction template (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 7-14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
